2. Data processed and purposes

• Track submission, editing, reviews, “I ran here”: the content you provide (name, coordinates, attributes, text). Purpose: building and moderating the community map.
• Technical data: request and error logs for the secure operation of the Service.

3. Legal basis

Processing of submitted content is based on consent and on the legitimate interest in operating the Service. Data processed at login is based on performance of a contract.

4. Retention

Published track data remains part of the Service. Account data is processed until the account is deleted. Logs are kept for the period required by law.

5. Third-party providers

Map and navigation: OpenStreetMap, CARTO, MapTiler, Google Maps, Waze. These have their own data processing, governed by their own policies.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Send your request to [email protected].

7. Cookies

The Service uses cookies necessary for operation (session). These contain no personal data and are deleted when the browser is closed.
